New Features
Upload Custom Background for Classic Theme
Custom background images with a color overlay are now supported when using the Classic Theme. Upload a background image and then use the options in the Customize Colors section to change the overlay color and opacity.
Dark Event Listings Page
We’ve added the option to make the event listings page dark (instead of the default white). To enable the dark event listings page, enable the Dark Theme - Partner Nav Menu & Event Listing Page setting in Partner Settings.
Affiliate Page & Roll Up Reporting
We’ve improved our affiliate link creation, tracking, and reporting. New features include:
- Displays both event and promoter affiliate link usage
- Ability to create new link tracking affiliate codes
- Ability to add a promo code or access code to a link
Promoter Dash: Embeds/Widgets
We’ve added the ability for a promoter to integrate the event list widget/embed into their own website or blog. On their promoter dashboard, they’re able to copy their personal shareable link or use the embed code to integrate the event list directly on their website.
Apple Wallet Pass
We’ve added support for Apple Wallet Passes on the mobile tickets. Attendees can download their tickets to their apple wallet for easier entry at events.
*Excluded Event Types: Apple Wallet Pass is not available for shopping cart, timed entry, or tap-to-redeem events.
Zapier: Trigger Upon Check-In
We’ve added an additional trigger to Zapier to provide data about the ticket each time a ticket is checked-in.
Gratuity
Gratuity can now be created and edited on individual ticket types. For more details, see our help article: View Help Article
Optimizations & Platform Improvements
Modern Masthead Image
We’ve updated the Modern theme to only display the masthead image on the events page. The masthead image will no longer be displayed on the tickets page unless a tickets masthead is explicitly uploaded.
Advanced Breakdown Reporting
We’ve made a number of updates to the advanced breakdown reporting modal based on feedback:
- Added event name & date
- Added overall ticket counts
Org Filter on All Events Historical Dashboard
We’ve added an organization filter on the All Events Historical Dashboard for events to be more easily filtered by org admins, partners, and admins.
Customizable Billing & Registration Info Header
Customizing the Billing & Registration Info Header is now available in the Event Custom Display Settings under Event Settings.
