Designing Your Event & Tickets Page

Our robust layout builder will help you create event and ticketing pages that match your brand. There are a number of ways to edit your event style. Follow along to see how you can edit your event style.

Choose Your Layout

To change your layout, navigate to Edit Event > Style / Theme and select Change Layout in the upper right hand corner.

You can choose one of the three layout options:

Classic: A simple, clean layout with the option to add your own custom background image.
Modern: A bolder layout with a scrolling order summary with an option to add a custom masthead image on the event details page.

Upload a Background or Header Image

All three layouts support uploading either a custom background or a masthead image:

Classic: Use the image uploader to upload a custom background image

Modern: Use the image uploader to upload a custom masthead image for the events page or a smaller masthead for the tickets page

(Optional) Modern Theme Additional Options

When using the Modern Theme, there are a few additional options you can choose from:

Masthead Style: Choose from a compact header shown on both the event details & tickets pages, or a larger masthead image only shown on the event details page

Display Countdown Timer Banner: When enabled, this shows a countdown bar under the masthead image.

Customize Your Colors

To customize your event colors, scroll down to the bottom of the Style page and enable  Customize Colors. You can customize different colors for each aspect and edit the background / header opacities for your layout while viewing a live preview of what it might look like.

Tips:

  • Use the opacity sliders to change the opacity of the overlay color for the Classic background image or Modern header image
  • If you want to start from scratch, hit the Clear Custom Colors button at the bottom of the custom colors section

If you'd like to add an event logo, head to Edit Event > General Details and upload your logo. This logo is displayed on your event pages, PDF tickets, event listing page, and more.

Logo Click Action

You can further customize your logo user experience by determining how the logo should behave when a user clicks on your logo:

  • Display larger image when logo is clicked: A larger photo gallery image will display a full screen version of your event logo or poster
  • Link out to alternative event details URL when logo is clicked: The alternative event details URL (set in the section above the logo) will open in a new tab
  • No action when logo is clicked: The logo will produce no action when clicked
