Advanced Ticket Type Settings

To access Advanced Ticket Type Settings, scroll to the bottom of the individual ticket type settings and click the red "Show Advanced Settings" link.

  • Ticket Type Order Confirmation Email Text: Customize the text a customer receives in the confirmation email directly after purchasing this ticket type (example: ticket pick up instructions, entry instructions)
  • Type of Ticket: Determine if this ticket type is single-person or multi-person
    • Single-person Ticket: Issues a single ticket when purchased (default & most common)
    • Multi-person Ticket: Issues multiple tickets when this ticket type is purchased (example: 10 person cabana – purchasing one of these ticket types will send 10 tickets to the purchaser)
  • Hide Ticket Type Details Behind "More Info" Button: Customize how your ticket type description is displayed on the tickets page to customers
  • This is a Linked (Child) Ticket Type: Use this feature if this ticket type can only be accessed & purchased if another ticket type is selected first 
    • Example: You can only buy a Parking Pass if you buy a GA ticket 
    • *Note: You must have other ticket type (parent) already created to link it to the child ticket type
  • Allow Attendee to Register Post-Purchase (Manage Schedule): Use this feature when a ticket type should register for access points & activities after purchasing a ticket (most commonly used for film festivals or conferences)
  • Allow Image Upload Post Sale: Select this option to prompt customers to upload an image while purchasing tickets (most commonly used for competition registration if a photo is required)
  • Customize Ticket Type ID: Add a custom ID used for 3rd party data connections like Zapier or when using the API
  • Show Ticket Type Description on PDF Ticket: Displays the ticket type description on the PDF ticket customers receive after purchasing 
  • Show Event's "Post-Purchase Ticket Details" on PDF: Displays the "Post-Purchase Ticket Details" on the PDF ticket customers receive after purchasing (enabled in Ticket Settings)
  • Show Event's Ticket Disclaimer on PDF: Displays the "Ticket Disclaimer" on the PDF ticket customers receive after purchasing (enabled in Ticket Settings)
  • This Ticket is ticketless?: Enabling this setting does not issue a PDF ticket or mobile ticket and also does not send the tickets email to the customer
  • Show Popup After Add to Cart: Enables you to show a popup when someone adds this ticket type to their cart 
  • Ticket Graphic: Allows you to upload an image to display directly on the PDF ticket (please contact your support representative to use this feature)
