  1. Go to "Edit Tickets & Merch" from the left navigation menu
  2. Select "Ticket Settings"
  3. Go to "Product Name" and change to desired product (note, the same process is done for merchandise using the "Merchandise Name" option).

Limit Availability Based on Ticket Type

  2. Select the specific Ticket Type name
  3. Scroll down to the red "Limit Availability Based on Ticket Type". Then select the ticket that must first sell out before this ticket is available (note: you must have the desired ticket type that must sell out already created to enable this option).

  1. Go to "Edit Tickets & Merch" from the left navigation menu
  2. Select "Ticket Settings"
  3. Scroll down to "PDF and Delivery Settings" section, and toggle on Do not send any tickets (non-ticket check-in)
  4. Save

Ticketless Ticket Type

To create a specific ticket type that does not include a ticket (both PDF or mobile link) you will want to create a Ticketless Ticket Type.

  2. Select the specific Ticket Type name
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the red "Show Advanced Settings"
