Multi Ticket Check-In

The multi ticket check-in feature allows you to scan a single ticket and check-in all other tickets on that order when making scans through the app. This allows attendees to be checked in more efficiently, especially when it's common to have several tickets on each order. This article covers:

*Note: This feature is only available on the iOS app and is not currently available on the Android app

How to Use Multi Ticket Check-In

1) On the web platform, turn on Enable Multi Ticket Check In (App) located in Event Settings > Box Office & Printing Settings

2) In the iOS app, scan a ticket from an order where other tickets are available for check-in and select the multi ticket check-in option:

3) In the multi ticket check-in menu, select which additional tickets on the order you would like to check-in. You can use the Select All option to quickly select or deselect all the available tickets on the order.

*The ticket that was initially scanned has already been checked in and is not included in the ticket count for the multi ticket check-in menu.

Multi Ticket Check-In and Access Points

If your event has multiple access point instances, the multi ticket check-in menu will only display tickets which are available for the same access point instance as the one currently selected in the app. If you want to quickly check-in tickets on an order across multiple access points, it's recommended to look up that order and manually rip the tickets to check them in.
