Overall Sales Dashboard & Promoter Link for All Events
Overall Sales Dashboard
On your main dashboard, you can view overall sales data for each event, filter your event list, grab promoter links, and embed a list of the events you're promoting in your website or blog.
Promoter Link for All Events
In the upper right hand corner of your promoter dashboard, you'll see:
- View Your Event List: A unique url with your promoter affiliate link that shows a list of all the events you're promoting. You can send this URL and any sale made after clicking on the event links will be attributed to you.
- Shareable Links & Embed: Lets you easily copy your all events promoter link for you to share (same link as above). You'll also be able to copy code you can use to embed a list of events you're promoting on your website or blog.
Event Sales Stats Tab
Beyond your main promoter dashboard, you can view more detailed performance of each event you're promoting.
- Clicks: Clicks are recorded once each time the affiliate link is clicked directly on an event based link
- Tickets Sold: The total number of tickets sold after clicking on a promoter affiliate link (excludes refunded tickets)
- Sales: The total sales generated from purchases from the affiliate link on the event
- Sales are displayed post-promo code (example: If the ticket total is $100 and a $20 off promo code was used, $80 would be attributed to the promoter affiliate link)
Event Tracking Links Tab
Even though you have one main promoter link you can share, sometimes its useful to create event-specific promoter tracking links for tracking different digital marketing efforts (ie unique links for a newsletter vs. website).
- To create specific event promoter links, go to the Tracking Links tab on the event dashboard
- Click Create New Link and enter the name of your tracking link
- The link will automatically be created and now you can copy either a link to the event page or the tickets page
Event Customers Tab
The customers tab shows you order information about each person who's placed an order for the event using your tracking links.
