New Features

Updated Credit Card Fields / AfterPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay Support

We’ve upgraded our checkout flow to include a newer version of the credit card entry fields. This upgrade includes support for Apple Pay and Google Pay (when on a mobile device). We can now also process AfterPay Payment Plans for organizers that are interested (*additional service fees apply, please contact your support representative for more information).

Timed Entry Calendar UX

We’ve added a new setting on an activity in advanced settings to control whether a date drop down or a date calendar should be displayed on the activity page where timed entry tickets are purchased.

When the calendar is selected, a calendar will display all available dates for the activity.

Added Ticket Info & Event Details on Mobile Tickets

We’ve expanded our mobile ticket functionality to mirror the additional information that is shown on PDF tickets. We’ve added additional links to view ticket descriptions, post-purchase disclaimers, event details, and more.

Custom Dashboard Color

In Platform Settings, we’ve added support for changing the dashboard accent colors based on the brand of the platform. Go to Platform Settings > Platform Branding and set hex values for the primary and secondary colors you’d like to replace the red and navy blue throughout the platform:

Set Logo Click Action

We’ve added the ability to determine what kind of action should be taken when a user clicks on the logo on your event.

Platform Improvements

Timed Entry Language

We’ve removed the ‘Selective Registration’ language throughout our platform and more appropriately changed the name to ‘Timed Entry’. You’ll see these changes on Activity / Access Point settings.

Refunding Updates for Orders with Refund Protection

For orders placed that purchased Refund Protection, we now allow refunds on these orders at any time. For event organizers using Stripe Connect, we also return the refunded Refund Protection fee in the form of a partial application fee reversal.

Ability to Delete Access Codes

We’ve expanded our access codes feature set to allow users to delete access codes if they have not yet been used during checkout. If an access code needs to be deleted but it has already been used, the access code can be deactivated.

Individual Ticket Type Settings in Sections

When editing an individual ticket type, we’ve broken the ticket type settings into multiple different sections to make editing a ticket type easier and more efficient.

Submitting Animation on Checkout

We’ve added a loader to our “Submitting Order” modal at checkout to improve the user experience for customers and to provide feedback that the order is currently processing.
