New Features

Ticket Visibility Overhaul

We’ve made a number of changes to ticket visibility to independently control the before-sales and after-sales visibility of ticket types. Learn More

Tabbed Navigation for Event Settings & Platform Settings

We’ve added tabbed navigation to both the Event Settings and Platform Settings (formerly known as Partner Settings).

Promoter & Affiliate Module on Event Dashboards

We’ve added an affiliate / promoter module to the event dashboards that gives a high level overview of link performance on events. The top 10 performing links will be displayed.

Timed Entry Events: ‘Hide Sold Out’ Toggle

For timed entry events, we’ve added a new optional toggle to hide sold out days from the access points calendar. Customers will be able to filter the calendar by hiding whichever days are completely sold out or not available. From Access Point Settings, enable Add Sold Out/Inactive Filter to Calendar.

Credit / Gift Card Downloadable Reports

We’ve added a number of reports that allows organizers to download credit reports in the following locations:

  • All Credit Report from the Credits Tab
  • Credit Report by Transaction from the Event Downloads
  • Credit Report by Transaction from the Multi-Event Report Downloads

Platform Improvements

Partner Settings Renamed to Platform Settings

We’ve renamed Platform Settings (formerly known as Partner Settings) to bring clarity to the platform and to further differentiate the difference between Platform Settings and Organization Settings.

Event List with Status Filter

We’ve added a status filter to the events list index and removed navigation items from the left nav to consolidate and streamline filtering events.

Organization List Download

We’ve added the ability to download a list of organizations from the platform from the organization index if a platform has over 10 organizations. Download this report from the bottom of the Organization List.

Product support for activities calendar page

We’ve added support for other product types on the access points calendars. Previously, “Tickets” was the only option displayed on all access point page buttons. We’ve updated that to support other product types like “Passes”, “Registrations”, etc.

Additional Recorded Metadata in Stripe

To further assist clients using Stripe Connect, we’ve added the event_start and event_end date to metadata collected on a payment in Stripe. This information is available in financial downloaded reports in Stripe. We’ve also added a refund_description containing the event name, order name, and order email address.

Disconnect Stripe Account

Organizations are now allowed to disconnect their own Stripe account from the platform prior to going live with event sales. This allows organizations to change the Stripe account on file when needed. Once sales begin, orgs will need to contact their support rep to change payout accounts.
