If you’re creating printed promotional materials or want to streamline on-site ticket purchasing, you can generate a QR code that links directly to your event page, ticket page, or a custom URL. Attendees can simply scan the code with their phones to access the page on their device.

How to Generate a QR Code

1. Box Office & Check In > QR Code Generator 

2. On the QR Code Generator page, you can create a QR code that links to your chosen destination 

   1. Select a URL Destination:

      Use the dropdown to choose where the QR code should direct users — the event page, tickets page, or another option of your choosing.

      1. Use a Custom URL:

         To link to a custom page, select Other (enter manually) from the dropdown, then paste your URL into the QR Code Content field.

         
         

         

3. Download the QR Code:

   Click the red download button beneath the QR code to save it as a .png file.

   

4. Print a PDF with Text:

   If you're printing directly from the platform, you can add custom text above and below the QR code for context or instructions. Click Download PDF to save or print this PDF.
