Changing the Product Name

By default, the product name for an event is set to "Tickets", but you can change this to your preferred label such as "Passes" or "Registrations." 

To customize the product type, navigate to Edit Tickets & Merch > Ticket Settings. Then scroll down to "Product Name" and select your desired label.

Additionally, you can customize the product name for Merch items if your event is selling merchandise. 

Changing the product name will update the default text automatically, including on your event pages and in the emails sent to attendees.
