Event Photos & Videos
Adding event photos or videos is a great way to give potential attendees a preview of what your event will be like. To add event media, go to Edit Event > Photos & Videos.
Adding Event Photos
To add a photo, either click on the upload icon or drag and drop your photo on top of the upload icon.
Uploaded photos must be less than 3MB and the supported types are jpg, jpeg, png, and gif. Photos are saved automatically after being uploaded.
After your photos have been uploaded, you can drag and drop to change the order. You can delete a photo by clicking the "X" icon. Your photos will be automatically saved after a photo is added, removed, or the order is changed.
Uploaded photos are added to the photo gallery on your main event page. Clicking a photo in the gallery will open a full sized version.
Adding Event Videos
To add an event video, add the full YouTube URL to the video field and select "Add Video."
The video will automatically be saved once it's added. You can remove a video by hovering over it and clicking the "X" icon. Event videos can be played on your main event page.
Adding YouTube Shorts
To add a YouTube Short, in the Short link change "/shorts/" to "/watch?v=" before adding the video to your event. For example:
