New Features 

Show Tickets Remaining

Organizers can now choose to show the number of tickets remaining per ticket type on ticket pages at checkout. When editing a ticket type, select the Show Tickets Remaining option and choose when and how you’d like to show the number remaining. Learn More

On the tickets page, tags with the number remaining will appear below the quantity selectors depending on your selected settings:

This feature is supported for standard and timed entry events. This feature is not yet supported for events using access codes.

GA4 Ecommerce Tracking

For organizers using Google Analytics 4, we’ve added automatic support for purchase events and conversion tracking. If you’ve added your GA4 ID to partner settings, organization settings, or an individual event, purchase data will automatically be synced with Google Analytics without any additional required setup. 

Seated Season Passes

We’ve added additional functionality to support seated season passes. The same seating chart can be used to sell season tickets and automatically update the inventory for its individual events. Conversely, if tickets are purchased from an individual event, they will be removed from the season pass event. 


Platform Improvements

Image Upload Size

We’ve updated the image upload size from 300KB to 2.5MB when adding an image to an RTE. 

Show Check-In Time for Timed Entry Tickets on Order View

For Timed Entry events, we’ve added the check-in time under the status column for better order management and troubleshooting. 

Manage Links on Access Point Data Page

To improve the user experience for events with access points, we’ve added additional management options to the Access Point Data reporting page. 

Credit Card Entry User Experience Update

We’ve updated our credit card entry form to use an ‘accordion’ style to make additional payment options more clear. This allows us to better communicate buy now, pay later options for customers not previously familiar with Afterpay or Affirm. 

Gratuity Support for Seated Events

We’ve added support for gratuity on seated events. Previously, gratuity only worked for non-seated ticket types. 

Event Data in Multi-Event Reports

We’ve added additional options to include event information in downloaded multi-event reports. 


Bug Fixes

Access Points Showing Past in App

We’ve identified and resolved an issue where access points were accidentally being filtered into ‘past’ access points prematurely in the mobile app.
