New Features
Access Code Timers
We’ve added a new feature to access codes to allow organizers to set an overall end time for the access code and then determine if tickets should remove access code restrictions and put them on sale after the timer ends.
This allows organizers to more seamlessly initially restrict ticket types for pre-sale and then automatically allow the public to purchase once the access code timer expires without manual changes or additional ticket type timers.
Alternatively, organizers can choose to keep tickets hidden after the access code timer expires.
Affirm Payment Plans
We’ve added Affirm as an additional payment plan option in addition to our existing payment plan partner, AfterPay.
Affirm payments have a minimum of $50 USD and maximum of $30,000 USD. Depending on the cart order size, offers can include Split Pay, Installments, or a mix of both.
- Split Pay allows customers to pay for purchases up to $250 USD in four or fewer interest-free, bi-weekly payments over an 8 week term.
- Installments allow customers to pay for purchases between $150 - $30,000 USD over a longer term of up to 36 months. Installment terms might include interest.
Instead of organizers choosing a payment option for their customers, Affirm algorithmically presents them the payment options that are most likely to result in the highest conversion.
*Note: Additional pricing may apply. If you are interested in payment plans, please reach out to your account rep for more information.
Platform Improvements
Add Payment Method to Reports
With the introduction of payment plans, we’ve added the payment method to downloadable reports and included it as a custom reporting option.
Emoji Support in Attendee Emails
When sending attendee emails, we’ve added support for emojis in both the subject line and the body of the email.
[Timed Entry] Email a Specific Date
When sending attendee emails, you can now choose to send an email to a full activity, a specific date, or a specific time slot.
[Timed Entry] Download Reports for a Specific Date
When downloading reports on a timed entry event, you can now choose to download a report for a full activity, a specific date, or a specific time slot.
Affiliate Links Must Be Unique
We’ve updated the creation of affiliate links on events such that they need to have a unique name in order to be added. Previously, you could add multiple affiliate links with the same name on a specific event.
Timezone Selection UX Update
We’ve updated the selection of a timezone on an event to already show the timezone drop down to improve the overall user experience when setting an event date and time.
Bug Fixes
Ticket Visibility Issues with Access Codes
We resolved a number of issues with access codes and ticket visibility immediately after entering an access code on the page. Previously, tickets with access codes set to show before or after they were available would not show at all until you refreshed the page.
