New Features

Cart Abandonment Emails

To help increase conversions and marketing efforts, we now support cart abandonment emails. If someone adds tickets to their cart and enters an email address but does not complete their purchase, they will receive a cart abandonment email an hour later.

Conversions from this email are tracked via embedded affiliate links and reporting is available on the current dashboard, historical dashboard, and affiliate link pages.

This is on by default for all events but can be turned off as needed in the following locations:

  • Event: Event Settings > Analytics & Tracking
  • Organization: Organization Settings > Event Defaults & Analytics Settings
  • Platform: Platform Settings > Event Defaults

If an event is sold out or has the waitlist enabled, the emails will not be sent. If someone abandons their cart multiple times within that first hour on the same event, they will only receive the email once.

Automatically Show Date/Time Tickets Go On Sale

If a ticket goes on sale at a specific date and time, we’ve added an option to automatically show the date/time that ticket is available on the front end tickets page. If the launch date/times change, the text will automatically change on the front end as well.

Access Code Customizations

We’ve added a number of settings to the Access Codes main index page to allow you to specify where the access code entry and unlocked tickets should load and to customize the access code entry text.

Exclude Financials in Daily Sales Emails

We’ve added an option to send the daily sales email with counts only, excluding financial information. You can add a separate list of recipients to Event Settings > Analytics & Tracking

Platform Improvements

Seating Timer Setting Per Event

We’ve extended our seating settings to allow organizers to customize the amount of time someone has to checkout using a seating chart. You can customize this in Ticket Settings.

Additional Data Added to Check-In Reports

To help aid with more complex check-in reporting, we’ve added promo code information and total paid to our check-in reports. This helps organizers figure out how many tickets checked-in were free, but not comped.

Added “Yes” Opt-In Default to Platform Settings

We’ve added a new Platform Setting to set the default for email opt-ins to be “Yes”. This was previously only an event setting that did not allow a default value. This setting is available in Platform Settings > Analytics & Opt-In.

Delete Sponsors

We’ve added the ability to delete sponsors instead of having to make them inactive on an event.
