Event Settings Overview

Event Settings contain a lot of robust ways to edit and change your events. Event Settings include the following sections:
  • Publish & Privacy Settings: General event settings including publish settings, event privacy, featured event, and more
  • Analytics & Tracking: Add tracking pixels like Meta, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, edit daily sales email notifications, and more
  • Order Form Fields: Customize what information to collect from customers on purchase via online and box office web
  • Opt In & Sharing: Edit email & SMS marketing opt-in language, defaults, and more

There are additional settings under the More settings tab that include:

  • Custom Display Settings: Customize section header text on your event and ticketing page, customize sold out and free ticket text, and more
  • Box Office & Printing Settings: Edit your mobile box office printing settings, enabled badge printing, and more  
  • Order Purchase Restrictions: Limit orders to be placed by different parameters
  • Additional Settings: Customize additional event settings
    • Allow Tap To Redeem for Mobile Tickets: Allow purchaser to redeem their own ticket on their mobile device
    • Order Photo Upload: Enable order level photo upload pre-sale
    • This event has sessions: Enable this event to be a parent event of a group of sessions
    • Multilingual Settings: To enable multi-lingual features on the event
    • Allow partner gift card use: Allow gift cards / credits to be used as payment on this event.
    • Allow partner gift card sale: Allow partner gift card sale on this event.
