Mobile Ticket Banners
Mobile tickets can be customized by adding clickable banners to display sponsors or other promotional material. Mobile ticket banners can be added per event, per ticket type, or both.
Event Sponsor Mobile Banners
To add a per event sponsor banner, go to Edit Event > Sponsors and create a sponsor. To add a mobile ticket banner for that sponsor, select "Display sponsor on mobile ticket banner", upload your image, and save.
The sponsor banner will be added to all mobile tickets for your event at the top of the ticket.
To make the banner clickable, add a "Website URL" for that sponsor.
Ticket Type Mobile Banners
To add a per ticket type mobile banner, go to Edit Tickets & Merch > Ticket Types and select the ticket type you'd like to add the banner for. Then, scroll down to "Show Advanced Settings", "Mobile Pass Graphic" and upload your banner image.
The ticket type mobile graphic is displayed above the barcode.
To make the banner clickable, add a "Mobile Graphic URL."
