New Order Email Notification
To better monitor sales, you can receive email notifications each time a new order is placed on your event.
To enable:
- On your event, navigate to Event Settings and click the Analytics and Tracking tab
- Find the Send New Order Email Notification setting in the Analytics & Tracking section
- Enter the email addresses you'd like to receive this notification separated by a comma
Each time an order is placed, you'll receive an email notification containing basic details about the order:
