Custom Display Settings let you personalize the text and layout elements on your event details and tickets pages. If the default labels (like “Get Tickets”) or standard header text (like “Merchandise”) don’t quite fit your event’s tone, these settings allow you to update them with language that better reflects your style and goals.

How to Find Custom Display Settings

  1. Event Settings > More > Custom Display Settings

  1. Once you're on the Custom Display Settings page, you can personalize different text elements and visibility options across your event details and tickets page. 
  2. Below is a breakdown of each setting:
    1. Show Private Label Branding 
      1. Enable or disable your label branding for this event. Affects the event page, emails, tickets, and more.
    2. Show Call to Action Button 
      1. Show the “Get Tickets” button on the event details page. 
    3. Custom Call to Action Button Text
      1. Customize the "Get Tickets" button text on the event details page. 
    4. Custom Tickets Section Header Text
      1. Customize the "Tickets" header text on the Tickets section of the page
    5. Custom Merchandise Section Header Text
      1. Customize the "Merchandise" header text on the Merchandise section of the page 
    6. Custom Registration & Billing Section Header Text
      1. Customize the "Registration & Billing Information" header text on the checkout page
    7. Ticket Type Sold Out Text
      1. Customize the default message across all ticket types for this event. 
    8. Ticket Type Visible But Not Purchasable Text
      1. Customize the default message across all ticket types for this event. 
    9. Custom Text for Free Tickets
      1. Customize the default message across all ticket types for this event. 
    10. FAQ URL
      1. Add a link to a custom FAQ page that attendees can visit for more information.
    11. List this event by day on the calendar
      1. Will list this event once for each day that it is running on the events calendar page.
    12. SEO Event Title
      1. Set a custom SEO title to improve how your event appears in search engine results.
    13. SEO Event Description
      1. Write a custom SEO description to help search engines better understand what your event is about.
