Bulk Editing Access Points

We’ve added the ability to bulk edit access points and time slots for auto registration Shopping Cart events. On an individual access point, you can use our wizard to select time slots, make changes to the overall time slots, and edit available ticket types and associated settings.

Advantages

  • One event page with multiple ticket offerings over a certain period of time
  • Reporting for all offerings, dates, and times can be downloaded from the one event instead of across multiple individual events
  • Customers can purchase different types of tickets for different sub-events/dates/times in one order
  • All tickets on this event scan successfully via their corresponding Access Point

Additional Considerations

Shopping cart events are overall not compatible with:

  • Seating
  • Subtickets (multi-price tickets)
  • Modal/iFrame integration
  • Compact dropdown

Shopping cart ticket selection pages are not compatible with:

  • Ticket groups
  • Gratuity
  • Access codes
  • Waitlist

Use Cases

  • Multi-Day events in general
  • Film Festivals
  • Large event with sub-events
  • Boat Tours
  • Conferences, Beer/Wine Festivals, Music Festivals
