Organization Settings Overview
To customize settings for a specific organization, select Organizations > Manage Organizations then select the organization that needs setting updates.
Organization Settings includes:
- General & Payment Settings: This page allows you to manage the basic details for your organization. General information about the organization like it's name, description, logo, contact information and location. You can also customize the connected Stripe account here if the org does not currently have events on sale.
- Event Defaults & Analytics Settings: Add tracking pixels like Facebook or Google Analytics and customize event notifications like cart abandonment emails. You can also enable All In Ticket Price by Default on all events under this org.
- Purchase Conditions: Add and edit purchase conditions that will apply to all events under this organization.
- Fee Settings (Partner Only): Customize the default fees for new events and the allowed fee ranges for all events. Additionally, if your partner account has payment plans enabled, you can customize their per org availability here.
- Social Links: Social media links that will be automatically displayed on the event pages for all new events that belong to the org.
Organization Events
- Review a list of events under the organization
Organization Users
- Add, search and edit users under the organization
Organization Businesses
- Add Venues to the org that are used as location for event access points.
- Add Charities to the org that allow customers to make donations during check-out. NOTE: This charity will be available for all of your organization's events.
Organization Event Embeds
- Implement code snippets that automatically embed all of your upcoming events directly on your site or blog.
Organization Promoters
- Invite promoters and affiliates to help sell tickets. All sales from promoters and affiliates are recorded and tracked.
- Promoters added on the org level will be able to promote all events under the organization
